Rubini beserta empat pelatih dari LAPAN lainnya akan memberikan pelatihan SIG selama lima hari, 23 s/d 27 April 2018.Peserta yang diikutsertakan berjumlah 27 orang yang berasal dari berbagai Perangkat Daerah di Kota Solok yang berkaitan erat dengan data spasial, yaitu Bappeda, Dinas PUPR, Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Pemukiman, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Dinas Pertanian, Dinas PMPTSP, Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika, Dinas Kesehatan, Badan Litbang, Dinas Perhubungan, Dinas Pariwisata dan Bagian Pemerintahan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Solok. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapakan ke depannya Kota Solok memiliki data yang terintegrasi dalam bentuk spasial. (td)

    Bimtek SIMDA Perencanaan

    Bappeda Kota Solok menggelar Bimbingan Teknis Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA) Perencanaan Tahunan dan Finalisasi Penginputan Rencana Strategi (Renstra) Perangkat Daerah Pemerintah Solok Tahun 2018. yang dibuka Sekretaris Daerah Kota Solok Rusdianto, SIP. MM di Meeting Room Hotel Grand Zuri Padang, Kamis (2/8) pagi. Sekretaris Bappeda selaku Ketua Pelaksana Ir. Hendauktri laporannya menyampaikan kegiatan tahunan ini diikuti 70 orang peserta terdiri dari Kasubbag Program, Kasubbag Tata Usaha masing-masing Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Solok selama tiga hari (2 s/d 4 Agustus 2018) yang berkerja sama dengan Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Perwakilan Sumatera Barat. Walikota diwakili Sekretaris Daerah Rusdianto dalam sambutannya, menegaskan kembali pilihan Pemko Solok kepada BPKP sebagai mitra dalam implementasi e-planning melalui aplikasi SIMDA Perencanaan, hal itu adalah agar kegiatan keuangan dapat berjalan lancar sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. “Sebab Kota Solok telah mengaplikasikan SIMDA pada Keuangan, Pendapatan dan Aset dari BPKP, maka supaya terintegrasi, dalam perencanaan kita gunakan juga SIMDA Perencanaan dari BPKP,” tegas Sekda. Pada kesempatan ini juga, Rusdianto mengharapkan para peserta memahami bagaimana proses perencanaan pembangunan yang ideal, yang mesti dipedomani oleh seluruh aparatur perencana di Pemko Solok. Sementara Kepala BPKP Perwakilan Provinsi Sumatera Barat, diwakili Koordinator Pengawasan APD, M.V. Chinggih W, menyampaikan apresiasi atas kepercayaan kemitraan Pemerintah Kota Solok dengan BPKP. “Kota Solok sudah mulai berakselerasi mengejar Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan dan Tanah Datar yang telah memasuki perencanaan tahunan secara online. Ini patut diapresiasi,” infonya. Selain itu, Chinggih mengharapkan implementasi SIMDA Perencanaan di Kota Solok ini mampu menjaga alur perencanaan hingga ke pelaksanaan. RKA harus benar-benar merupakan break down dari dokumen perencanaan di atasnya, yaitu Renstra dan RPJMD. (td)
